With the green initiative, everyone is looking for ways to cut their carbon footprint, lower their energy useage, and lower their everyday power costs. Now home owners have a new option to help generate power around the home. Instead of traditional noisy wind turbines, the new groundbreaking “Energy Ball”. The Swedish company currently focuses on providing solutions for residential useage and small community applications.

Most wind turbines use the traditional 3 blade “propeller”-looking design that generate lots of noise and are nowhere near as efficient as the “Energy Ball”. The design features a spherical body with 6 blades that take advantage of the Venturi effect to increase efficiency and output in low wind areas.
